We are looking for a talented person to support multiple qualitative and quantitative market research projects. We are looking for someone who is extremely professional when working with high level clients, detail-oriented, and with the ability to perform when deadlines are tight. We work hard, but we like to have fun and don’t take ourselves too seriously.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and ability to quickly learn new software tools
  • Aptitude for communicating in both written and visual/graphic form
  • Ability to pick out details in complex reports and fix data discrepancies
  • Comfort level managing competing priorities to reach goals
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to speak/write in a foreign language is preferred (not required)
  • BA/BS degree, or higher 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to proposal development and new business opportunities
  • Assist with pricing for project bids
  • Develop and maintain relationships with operations suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and excellent customer service
  • Participate in project-specific kick-off meetings with clients
  • Gain a detailed understanding of internal clients’ procedures, expectations and specifications for each project
  • Coordinate field implementation, daily project field monitoring, and project wrap-up
  • Coordinate the different departments at each stage of the project (operations, coding, statistics)
  • Manage quality control of projects in process and update managers to changes in timelines
  • Coordinate end of fieldwork stages, and quality control of data files
  • Generate final reports in PowerPoint, and compile charts, graphs and visuals to interpret data
  • Prepare data-driven reporting and analysis and turn raw data into a meaningful narrative
  • Compile reports to monitor project costs and billable hours of Cue staff
  • Monitor trends in the industry to ensure Cue is providing the most up-to-date solutions for our clients
